While Cleveland Brain Gain addresses Cleveland's exceptional quality of life, affordable living, world-class cultural and medical institutions, and boundless recreation, the program specifically emphasizes the region's entrepreneurial-conducive atmosphere and variety of professional opportunities. Through an informational website, promotional video, print materials, shadowing opportunities, and a business competition for high school students, Cleveland Brain Gain enhances students' perception of Northeast Ohio while increasing their affinity for the region. The Cleveland Brain Gain team members, regional high school representatives, present the video at their high schools to drive traffic to the website and increase awareness about opportunities in Cleveland.
